General Data Protection Regulation is a new set of rules design to give European Union citizen more control over their personal data. It applies to all companies that process personal data about individuals is in EU, regardless of where the company based. The regulation will become effective and enforceable on the 25th May 2018. GDPR aims to simplify the regulatory environment for business so both citizens and businesses in the European Union can fully benefit from the digital economy.

Nametest Apps installs the platform over customer's servers. Our software doesn’t “phone home”, nor it is able to access any information our customers collect using our software. we do not process any data that its customers collect. All information collected using our products is stored on our customers server. This makes our customers both data processor and the data controller. We do store & control data related to people visiting our website and purchasing from us, which we may send onwards to 3rd party data processors.
